Shipping

We fill orders on a first come first serve basis. We try our hardest to get all orders filled and shipped in a timely manner. Please allow "up to" 2 weeks to have your order in your hand. In most cases it takes at least 3-5 days to process depending on the order size, 2-3 to pack for quality assurance and safety, (we don't want your items damaged) and at least 24-48 hours to ship, depending on our load. You are not our only customer, we ship worldwide and sometimes the orders are larger then usual, so please be patient and wait your turn. If you have an emergency, which we all understand, please email us before placing your order to see if we can accommodate your needs. In most cases, your order will be in your hands in less then 2 weeks.

If an item is not in stock, we will inform you before you pay for your order. We receive shipments weekly and most items are back in stock in a short period of time, if you wish your order to be shipped when it is filled entirely then we will make the arrangements, however if you decide you would like your items to ship when they come in, an additional shipping charge will be added. In some cases we may wait for certain items of your order to come in to avoid any excessive shipping charges and we will ship your entire order when all items are in. This will be done ONLY if we know your item will arrive at a reasonable time. If you need your order before a certain date... PLEASE.. communicate that with us so we can at least get what we have out to you quickly and make arrangements for the rest to ship when it arrives.

Handmade items will take at least 2 weeks to ship out, please to not expect them sooner. In some cases they can go out sooner, but only if they are in stock and made before hand.

Some items we have are not in stock, these items will be indicated on the product page. This does not mean we do not have access to them, it just means it will more then likely take the entire two weeks to get them in your hands. BUT, you will GET THEM.

Shipping charges may vary as sometimes they are not correct on the cart. We will contact you if that is the case.

Item descriptions indicate total weights for SHIPPING. This includes materials and item(s). Final purchase weight is for item only and shipping price includes the material tare weight.

Back Orders:

Unless requested, your items will not go into a Back Order status. A Back Order status is when it may take a month or more for your item due to a Manufacture Back Order. If you order an item that falls under this policy, your monies for that items will be refunded or issued in a form of a Gift Voucher, this option is available to you by choice.

If you decide you would like to place a Back Orderable order, please specify in the notes if you would like us to ship what is in or if you would like the entire order held. If you would like the in stock items shipped separately from the back order items, please go to our Services Section in our products and add a Back Order Separate Shipping fee to your order ($5.00).

Returns:

All sales are final except if the items you received are not the items you ordered or are defective. You MUST contact us BEFORE you send the item back for approval or your item will be refused. Please contact us within 3 days from designated delivery date for a request to return. Returns are usually honored thru credit to your account or replacement. If a refund is requested, Paypal fees will apply and shipping costs will NOT be refunded.

Returns will NOT be accepted on herbs, oils, earrings, henna or stencils, incense, opened tarot, runes and spell kits.

For your protection, at buyers expense, all authorized returns MUST be sent with a carrier that provides delivery confirmation / tracking and insurance. We will not be responsible for any merchandise lost during transit to us. Please include a Copy of your Original Invoice.
Original and your return shipping charges are never refundable. Restocking fee will ALWAYS be applied if buyer just has a case of "buyer's remorse".
