Wholesale Membership With Southern Moon....

Southern Moon Distribution has been created by small business owners that believe in supporting the small business. We offer a membership to those that are in need of the same thing we were looking for when we first started out. A chance! Most supply companies today have minimum requirements that is completely out of reach and a certain standards they request are upheld. At Southern Moon all we ask is you be patient as we grow and as we help you grow. We are a "distribution" company, we carry a great deal of products but some we do not keep in stock as they are ordered per our customers request.

We are NOT a big company, we do not pretend to be a big company, we have a handful of employees that are dedicated to customer satisfaction and quality control. As we try our hardest to pacify everyone, sometimes it is not possible, if there is an issue with an order, or customer service, please communicate this issue with us. No one is perfect, and we do not pretend to be. We do not have control of our suppliers and they also have issues at times. Patience is appreciated and if you believe this company to be a problem, then by all means... go to our competitors and deal with BIG company issues.

Our normal shipping turn around is between 3 and 14 days depending on inventory. Please take this into consideration BEFORE placing orders. As we grow, this waiting period will get shorter.

With this in mind and given that you agree please read the following:

Please remember ALL new accounts must be approved before orders are processed.

We supply to web or brick and mortar store owners only, please have your resale ID or Tax ID # ready when applying.

Please send membership requests to membership@southernmoondist.com. An application will then be emailed to you. Please fill out all necessary information.

Drop Shipping with Southern Moon...

Please do NOT place your order on the website. Our site is set up for wholesale minimum orders only, email your order to southernmoondist@yahoo.com or orders@southernmoondist.com with the item number, quantity and preferences... shipping address and company name, your name and address.

We will then send you an invoice thru paypal. There will be an additional charge of $5 for each drop ship order to cover packaging and handling. Please include your paypal address if it is not the address you use as your email.

We will not begin to tell you a story of what is in and what isn't. We do not want to hold your money. If the item you order is NOT in stock, and it will be out of stock longer then a reasonable lot of time, we will refund your entire amount and let you know WHEN your item is expected in. Sometimes our suppliers go out of stock, and certainly do not let us know, so we will do our utmost to keep our members informed.

We are always working on the best possible way to meet the needs of each of our members. We offer drop-shipping service with the understanding that not ALL of our items will be in stock when ordered.

We sell to a wide range of shops and areas and have many customers... our products can literally go out of stock over night. This DOES NOT mean that the item you ordered will not be in our next shipment. We do expect shipments every week and try our hardest to keep our shelves stocked.
